Georgia Right to Life Needs YOUR Help

Georgia Right to Life Needs YOUR Help

Standing up for all human life in Georgia takes the combined effort of everyone who believes life is sacred and deserves protecting.

Civilian state and federal employees have a unique way they can help by donating to the Georgia Right to Life Educational Trust Fund.  The fund is operated through the Combined Federal Campaign Fund (CFC). While this year's State pledge campaign ends November 30, pledges for donations to the fund may be made any time of the year.

“There is only a little over a week left to participate in the campaign for 2012,” said Dan Becker, GRTL President. “I urge all civilian federal, postal and military employees to take the time to make a generous pledge.”

Contributions can be made by cash, check or payroll deduction. To give to Georgia Right to Life the State number is 174000 and the Federal number is 39734.

Established in 1961, CFC is the largest workplace charity campaign in the United States and is the only campaign authorized to solicit and collect contributions from federal employees in the workplace on behalf of charitable organizations.

CFC serves to promote various types of philanthropy through an employee-based program that is focused, cost-efficient and effective.  Worldwide, more than 350 CFC campaigns raise millions of dollars each year in an effort to improve the quality of life on a broad scale.

Annual reviews enforce strict criteria designed to ensure that funds raised actually reach those in need.
