The Abortion Statistic Reporting Bill (HB 555) was filed during the 2015 Legislative Session in an effort to increase the reporting of abortions and juveniles seeking court orders to obtain abortion without parental notification from the Department of Public Health and the Administrative Office of Courts. HB 555 was gutted in House committee but was repaired in the Senate.
GRTL supported HB 555 as passed by the Senate and monitored its final House version.
