Georgia Right to Life PAC Endorses Darrell Castle for President
The 2016 Presidential election cycle has become a parade of disappointments for conservative pro-life voters. As the primary season draws to a close, the prospect of choosing between pro-abortion Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and pro-abortion Republican nominee Donald Trump has led many to pledge to simply not vote for President in lieu of compromising their values by casting a vote for either nominee. In the face of this great political misfortune, Georgia Right to Life Political Action Committee (GRTL PAC) is proud to offer conservatives a proven third option with their endorsement of Constitution Party nominee Darrell Castle.
Darrell Castle, a successful businessman and attorney from Tennessee with law offices around the nation, is a former combat officer with the United States Marine Corps and has a sensible, responsible, and constitutional vision for America. He has affirmed GRTL's positions on personhood, pledging to support federal legislation that protects all innocent life from its earliest biological beginning without exceptions and to veto legislation that would discriminate against the sanctity of human life.
From his work to start an orphanage for gypsies in Romania to his service as a Deacon at his church, Darrell Castle's character is proven and his track record is clear. Castle's platform is simple: defend the right to bear arms, put America first, protect our borders, and protect our families.
Many have criticized conservatives who intend to not vote or to vote for a third party candidate, saying that their votes are effectually votes in favor of Hillary Clinton. This suggestion is nonsense. No, a vote for a third party candidate is not a vote for Hillary Clinton. Additionally, as former President John Quincy Adams once said, "Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." This perspective is the driving force behind those seeking to maintain a clear conscience in the voting booth― not to vote in protest but to vote on principle. Demanding that conservatives must violate their principles to support the GOP is no better than the Obama Administration demanding that pro-life businesses violate their principles to pay for the abortions of their employees. Don't let these bully tactics dictate your vote in November.
For conservatives who want to cast their vote for Darrell Castle in November, it doesn't come without effort. The Constitution Party is actively working to secure ballot access for Castle. In Georgia, we are working to secure 10,000 petition signatures by June 30th. There is a solid plan in place to achieve that goal, but it requires your help. Visit the Georgia Constitution Party website for more information on how to get involved.
This November, we have a choice; support the pro-abortion status quo or elect a principled conservative. Vote like someone's life depends on it, because it does.
